October 2011: HMCS YELLOWKNIFE re-activates!

In October 2011, as part of the Canadian Fleet Pacific's plan for ship maintenace and operations, HMCS YELLOWKNIFE was re-activated from Extended Readiness.  The officers and crew have moved from HMCS WHITEHORSE to take HMCS YELLOWKNIFE through a series of engineering and operational trials.

Everyone aboard is looking forward to the challenge of taking the ship into her next operational programme!
