2011 Lighting Contest

The 24th Annual Navy Lighting Contest, in support of the Mustard Seed Food Bank, will take place nightly 6-9 p.m from Thursday 15 December to Saturday 24 December 2011.

Three buses with volunteer tour guides will execute a ‘loop route’ throughout the Naden and Dockyard sections of the base each night. A typical tour lasts approximately 25 minutes.

Visitors are to go to CFB Esquimalt's Naden Main Gate at the intersection of Admirals and Woodway where they'll be directed to free parking.

Visitors are asked to please bring either cash or non-perishable food items for the Mustard Seed Food Bank who will be on site each night to collect your donations.

At the end of the tour vote for your favourite building and ship (winners will be announced in the New Year)
