- The team of the Navy e-Learning Center of Expertise is proud to
annouce that Major François Gilbert, Navy e-Learning Officer, received
an award from the National Defence Managers Network (NDMN) for his
contribution as a manager and leader. This award recognizes and rewards
managers who are using their initiative to achieve results in ways that
meaningfully engage their employees and that effect positive
organizational change. The award was presented at this year NDMN
Symposium in Kingston, ON. Congratulations to Major Gilbert.
May 13, 2011 - The
team of the Navy e-Learning Center of Expertise (NeLCoE) delivered
today the final version of the Victoria Class Virtual Submarine (VCVS)
to the Canadian Forces Naval Operations School. Students
on the Basic Sumarine Qualification course will now benefit from a
virtual environment to deepen their knowledge of the submarine and its
systems. Evaluations up to now show a positive impact of the VCVS on
submariner's learning.

- The team of the Navy e-Learning Center of Expertise (NeLCoE) is happy
to greet mister Kamil Andrzejewski as Multimedia Production Technician.
The arrival of Mr. Andrzejewski allows the NeLCoE to establish its
multimedia learning content production capability in order to support
the training of naval personnel.
