Vacouver 2010 Olympics

With the 2010 Olympics being held in Vancouver, BC.  HMCS EDMONTON along with 2 of her sister ships the BRANDON and WHITEHORSE were tasked to conduct sea security for the games.  This at times was very busy for the crew.  Not only did we conduct security at sea for the Olympics we also progressed on ships readiness evolutions such as fighting fires at sea, Man overboard exercises, Helo operations to name a few.

For the crew it was a once in a life time event.
