An ILP is a document that helps CF members identify their learning priorities and objectives, and the educational, training and certification activities required to upgrade their existing educational or professional qualifications. CF members who wish to apply for education reimbursement must have an approved ILP. You can complete an ILP form online from this website, using our electronic form. If you are not sure about what you want to study, you may want to look at Service Canada’s Training and Career website. If you are not sure about the rules for reimbursement, go back to the Education Reimbursement section of this site and review all of the programs before proceeding with your ILP. Click on the “Enter” button to prepare an ILP for an education program, training program, or professional certification process for which you want to be reimbursed.
