The Canadian Naval Centennial Bell was presented to the people of Canada in a ceremony held in the Senate Chamber of the Parliament of Canada, on 4 May 2010. The bell resides in “The Hall of Honour” in the Parliament Buildings.
The bell was cast from naval artefacts, submitted by past and present officers and sailors, that represent the history and heritage of the Canadian Navy. Many of these artefacts were submitted by naval family members and honour their loved ones who have passed on.
